I was recommended Able Garage Doors by another company that were unable to repair roller garage doors. Paul responded quickly to my initial email, and came out the following week to repair our garage door with new locking straps. The door is only a few years old but after Paul had fixed it, it now sounds and opens a lot better than it had ever done before. Price was reasonable and they turned up when they said they would. We needed our garage door repaired, so I phoned and emailed round several companies to ask them to come out and quote. Paul got back to me quickly, was polite and accommodating, and we made arrangements. He turned up when he said he would and gave me a price for a repair, all very straightforward. The price was reasonable so I asked him when he would be able to complete the repair, and he and his colleague were able to squeeze us in there and then before their next job! They’d restored the garage door to full working order within half an hour. All above board as well; it’s a VAT-registered company and I was provided with a proper invoice for the job, which I settled by bank transfer. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Able Garage Doors.
